Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manages charge review and coding-related claim edit work queues for accurate charge capture
• Identifies billable services and reviews medical record documentation to enter CPT-4 and ICD-10 codes
• Consults with providers to clarify documentation and provides education on coding and documentation guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
• Certification options include CCA, CCS-P, COC, CPC, RHIA, RHIT, CPC-A, or CCS
