Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Health Plan Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead auditor for performance measure validation audits and manage multiple client contracts
• Mentor and train junior staff while overseeing audit operations and project management tasks
• Conduct research, prepare project deliverables, and ensure quality control monitoring of audit activities

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, science, or healthcare-related field
• At least seven years of work experience in healthcare, with a minimum of ten years overall experience
• Certified HEDIS Compliance Auditor (CHCA) required
• Five years of auditing experience, including four years as a lead auditor in HEDIS auditing or data validation
• Two years of supervisory experience, including mentoring junior staff
