Job Summary
A company is looking for a Grants & Contracts Administrator - Post Award Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, reconcile, and analyze expenditures on sponsored awards to ensure compliance with award terms
- Prepare invoices and financial reports for sponsors, and assist with supporting documentation for audits
- Manage award processes from acceptance through project completion, including cash application and final reconciliations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least three years of grant and contract experience; four additional years may substitute for the degree
- Experience in an institution of higher education is preferred
- Certified Research Administrator (CRA) certification is a plus
