Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery and support software development for the Defense Health Agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage Agile metrics in a complex technology environment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and prioritize the backlog, and manage risks and impediments
• Ensure alignment with Agile best practices and provide reporting on deliverables and team performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience, or 8 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust - Medium Background Investigation (MBI)
• Mastery of Agile methodologies and experience with Jira in an enterprise environment
• Proven experience leading multiple teams in a fast-paced technology setting
