Job Summary
A company is looking for a Certinia PSA Administrator for a long-term remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, administer, and maintain the FFA solution of the Certinia implementation
- Act as a liaison between business and finance to address application-related needs and drive enhancements
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of Certinia applications
Required Qualifications
- Qualification or degree in Computer Science, Accountancy, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Salesforce Admin
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience with Certinia PSA and Accounting
- Solid background in accounting practices, especially in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition
- Agile delivery experience using methodologies like Scrum or SAFe, and tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Azure DevOps
