Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in change, strategy, and/or transformation roles, preferably in consultancy
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
- Proven track record of executing complex, high-profile strategic programs
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and creative development skills
