Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience in financial management, operations, or related roles
• Previous experience in team management
• Experience in driving complex, multi-stakeholder processes
• Ability to build effective relationships and influence at all organizational levels
• Experience in creating detailed project plans
