A company is looking for a Claims Manager for Stop Loss.
Key Responsibilities
- Review claim submissions for accuracy and compliance with relevant documents
- Act as the primary liaison for critical claims matters with internal and external partners
- Lead and manage a team of Claims Examiners, driving performance excellence and team development
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred
- 8+ years of claims experience required
- 2+ years of people management experience required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with DY/ESL Office preferred
