Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the Claims Operations team

- Coordinate workflows and conduct performance evaluations for team members
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of management experience in claims operations
- Advanced knowledge of claims processing and performance metrics
- Experience with HMO medical insurance claims and federal/state regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred
