A company is looking for a Subcontractor Assistant-remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities between subcontractors and internal departments to ensure timely execution of contractual obligations
- Manage subcontractor data, compliance, agreements, and production reports
- Assist in resolving subcontractor invoice issues and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service-facing role and office administration required
- 1-2 years of experience with contract management preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Eager learner, resourceful, and self-driven with a commitment to quality customer service
