A company is looking for a Claims Quality Analyst to support its Claims Quality Assurance Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate audit file deployment across multiple lines of business
- Conduct performance reviews and deliver actionable feedback to improve claim outcomes
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align quality efforts with business needs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- A minimum of three years of experience in claims auditing
- A minimum of eight years of property in-office claims handling and field adjusting
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Business, or a related field
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and current industry standards
- Insurance Designations: CPCU, Associates in General Insurance, Associate in Claims
