Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Quality Complaint Specialist responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards through the review and processing of product quality complaint records.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and log product complaints
- Lead or support complaint investigations
- Process PQC records in accordance with regulatory and quality requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific or related field of study
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product quality complaints, pharmacovigilance, or quality assurance
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and industry standards
- Proficient in MS Office programs and applications
