Job Summary
A company is looking for an Adjunct - Remote - Educational Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate development of Individualized Induction Plan (IIP) goals and professional development activities
- Provide ongoing coaching to facilitate leadership development and reflective practice
- Assist in developing school culture and instructional coaching models
Required Qualifications:
- MA in Education
- Clear Administrative Services Credential
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role (e.g., Assistant Principal, Principal)
- Experience mentoring or supervising students or candidates (preferred)
- Familiarity with coaching methods (preferred)
