Key Responsibilities
- Handles and responds to inquiries from clients and their representatives regarding questions and report status
- Utilizes systems and databases for data entry, tracking, and documentation
- Maintains communication with the QA department about workflow and report status
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of general computer systems, fax, copier, scanner, and telephone
- Familiarity with software programs including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to adapt to a high-volume contact center environment
