Key Responsibilities
  • Handles and responds to inquiries from clients and their representatives regarding questions and report status
  • Utilizes systems and databases for data entry, tracking, and documentation
  • Maintains communication with the QA department about workflow and report status
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of general computer systems, fax, copier, scanner, and telephone
  • Familiarity with software programs including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to adapt to a high-volume contact center environment
