Client Insights Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Insight Analyst to develop and deliver custom research projects and solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client projects and recurring assignments from start to finish
• Initiate and oversee small projects, create reports, and train clients on online report usage
• Present findings and recommendations, and serve as the main point of contact for clients on assigned projects

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in an analytical role
• 1-3 years of experience with data and methodologies relevant to the company is a plus
• Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes of data issues
• Experience in managing client relationships
