Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategic marketing engagement plans for key accounts to drive awareness and enrollment of benefits
- Act as a benefit communications expert to guide clients on driving awareness and engagement
- Analyze marketing performance and develop relationships with account management teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field
- 7 years of B2B marketing experience
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in healthcare, retail, finance, manufacturing, or technology is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft OS, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
