Key Responsibilities
- Translate Customer Success strategy and Services product roadmaps into actionable GTM initiatives
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Sales teams on Customer Success and services offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution and messaging
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS roles such as Sales, Strategy, or Product Marketing
- Deep knowledge of Customer Success or post-sale SaaS services functions
- Sales experience is preferred, particularly in Services Sales
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems or SaaS platforms
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms
