Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the guest experience through data-driven insights and lifecycle frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and executing guest lifecycle marketing pilots, tracking success metrics and facilitating updates with senior leaders
- Collaborate across departments to translate guest insights into actionable strategies for acquisition, engagement, and retention
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8-10+ years of experience in marketing, customer experience, or management consulting
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects involving marketing and technology
- Strong track record of developing data-driven marketing strategies connected to business outcomes
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and motivate cross-functional teams
