Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial service ambassador to referral sources, patients, and caregivers
  • Perform the entry, verification, and maintenance of new patient information in software systems
  • Process insurance verifications and ensure accurate patient registration for home care and hospice services
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience
  • At least one year of relevant experience in reimbursement or insurance verification
  • Strong insurance payor verification skills
