Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full post-sales lifecycle and collaborate with various teams
- Oversee onboarding and implementation of new customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 2 years of successful Customer Success experience in data/software as a service
- Experience in SaaS or startup environments is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce and understanding of API calls or basic SQL queries preferred
- Deep knowledge of SaaS and customer lifecycle management
