Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Specialist to manage and grow relationships with mid-tier clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of mid-tier clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Identify opportunities for growth and upselling, contributing to revenue targets
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working with and/or managing B2B accounts
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a client-facing role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in a SAAS, Tech, Telecoms or similar environment
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results and driving client satisfaction
