Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retention Account Manager (EST and CST).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain valued relationships with customers to drive business growth and ensure retention
- Manage all renewal, contract negotiation, and commercial activities for customers
- Identify upsell opportunities and new business leads within the existing account base
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales or Customer Success/Account Management role focused on revenue growth
- Experience analyzing customer behavior and developing targeted retention strategies
- Proven ability to lead negotiation processes and manage customer renewals and upsells
- Experience managing a large book of business
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
