A company is looking for a Client Engagement Specialist responsible for facilitating client engagement and managing the Valuation & Advisory service line.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the client engagement process by responding to requests and managing engagement opportunities
- Maintain a database of appraiser information and track new engagement opportunities for reporting purposes
- Coordinate with other specialists to communicate changes and ensure timely submission of responses
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a revenue-generating business with engagement management support
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and web-based project management software
- Ability to manage multiple processes and meet critical deadlines
- Experience handling confidential information
- Desire to work collaboratively in a team environment
