Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Strategist responsible for expanding and renewing revenue through consultative selling and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with order and delivery issues
- Drive product adoption and new customer onboarding while maintaining sales order entry systems
- Prepare proposals and presentations and proactively prevent subscription cancellations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, with excellent MS Excel skills and CRM software management
- Ability to create and execute customer retention strategies
- Knowledge of sales and marketing practices and procedures
