A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Account Management to lead their Commercial AM team.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing Account Management team to exceed retention and expansion goals
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing to drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives
- Design and optimize processes, KPIs, and incentives to improve AM efficiency and performance at scale
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience leading Account Management or Sales teams with proven success in achieving revenue targets
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume customer portfolios effectively
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Experience in fast-growth SaaS environments and comfort with ambiguity
- Proven experience in coaching and developing early-career sellers
