Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Client Strategist / Digital Account Manager (WFH/Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point-of-contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and ensuring client goals are met
- Develop and execute cross-channel digital strategies, crafting reports that illustrate the impact of these strategies on client business goals
- Facilitate strategic planning processes for client SOW renewals and participate in prospective client meetings
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of client-facing experience with strong relationship-building skills
- At least 2 years of experience in developing holistic digital strategies across various industries
- Proven understanding of the integration of paid media, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing
- Experience reporting on the impact of digital strategies to stakeholders through effective storytelling and data visualization
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and paid social platforms
