A company is looking for a Client Reporting Data Analyst to support and enhance data-driven reporting across the Client Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain recurring internal and client-facing reports and dashboards using various reporting tools
- Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improving servicing operations performance
- Automate routine reporting tasks to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience at a mortgage servicer or financial technology company
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in cross-functional reporting analyst roles, preferably in client support reporting
- Thorough understanding of mortgage servicing concepts
- Advanced experience working with Google Suite, Jira, Looker, and SQL
