A company is looking for a Client Service Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure day-to-day customer satisfaction for assigned accounts and resolve issues with program owners and recipients
- Communicate with recipients regarding order status, return management, and any changes or questions
- Monitor customer program activities to meet expectations, including data accuracy, shipping schedules, and invoice proofing
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience with a focus on high customer satisfaction
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in maintaining communication with customers, sales representatives, and other departments
