A company is looking for a Commissions Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve Advisor commission tickets through analysis and investigation
- Manage the queue of Advisor commission tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Interact with Advisors to explain investigation results and resolutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of financial analysis/sales compensation/commission experience
- Experience in telecommunications sales support, billing, or accounting is a plus
- Commission application experience
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, Macros, Pivot tables)
