A company is looking for a Client Services Project Manager to manage client relationships through effective project management coordination and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives to own the service delivery relationship
- Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables
- Ensure project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy by maintaining communication with clients and internal partners
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in project management within the eDiscovery or litigation support industry
- Proven success in managing multiple simultaneous projects
- Solid understanding of database design, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements
- Ability to develop project plans and ensure effective control from planning through final production
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
