Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead key initiatives within the Insurance Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent insurance-related IT projects from initiation through delivery
- Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables while tracking progress and risks
Required Qualifications
- Experience in project management methodologies
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Case Management is preferred but not mandatory
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects
- Experience in Agile project management and Scrum practices
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and PMO standards
