Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Solutions Coach to support their Client Solutions team by delivering coaching sessions and webinars.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they derive value from the coaching tools
- Conduct 1:1 coaching and training sessions with clients on tool usage and insights
- Support full-team facilitation of tool results in partnership with client managers
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of professional experience in coaching, training, or facilitation preferred
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient with a desire to exceed expectations
- Comfortable working independently across time zones
- Clear motivations for wanting to join an early-stage team
