Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Associate Clinical Contracts & Budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of contracting support, including Confidential Disclosure Agreements, Fee-For-Service agreements, and Purchase Orders
- Assist in business operations, including team meeting material preparation and onboarding of new team members
- Provide administrative support, such as maintaining team calendars and overseeing training completion
Required Qualifications
- Experience with contracts and/or invoicing preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and identify process improvement opportunities
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership of assigned tasks
- Experience in creating documentation for team processes
