Clinical Program Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Program Coordinator - SPEC (Peer Support).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and establish procedures for the NOMAD program to alleviate distress in clinical situations
• Collect and analyze process data, conducting ongoing evaluations of the NOMAD program's effectiveness
• Maintain documentation, recruit staff, and coordinate communications related to the program

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or a healthcare-related field
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, leadership, ethics, wellness, and/or program coordination
• Preferred Master's Degree or PhD
• 3 years of related clinical experience
• LCSW or Chaplin with a Counseling degree from an accredited institution
