Labeling Operator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Labeling Operator to join its innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review real user search queries and associated job-posting result lists generated by the client's beta AI solution
• Label each posting's relevance and likelihood of application according to supplied rubrics

Required Qualifications:

• Expertise with professional annotation tools such as Prodigy, Label Studio, Doccano, or the ability to learn proprietary equivalents rapidly
• Secure remote-access readiness, capable of configuring SSO connections and working under standard corporate endpoint-security policies on Windows or macOS
• Comfort with Git-based version-control workflows to track guideline updates and manage annotation batches collaboratively
