Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of reports and ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards
• Verify clinical citations and references, ensuring the highest quality and integrity of case reports
• Assist in resolving client complaints and provide support to the Quality Assurance Department

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of clinical or related field experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and laboratory values
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer operations
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality
