Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Support Engineer to manage escalated incidents related to complex product integrations and customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and third-party resources to prioritize and resolve issues
- Provide regular updates to customers and advocate for their needs with engineering and product management
- Analyze incidents for trends and transfer knowledge to support teams through training and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a Technical College/University or equivalent experience; BS in a technical or clinical discipline preferred
- Certifications such as RN or X-ray with RCIS credentialing, or CNMT for Nuclear Medicine
- 1+ years of support or implementation experience with PACS systems; 3+ years of clinical hospital experience preferred
- Experience with DICOM, HL7, computer networks, SQL scripting, and HTML coding
- Strong understanding of Cardiac catheterization laboratory and/or Nuclear medicine
