Required Qualifications

• Two years of experience in preparing closing disclosures and documents with a retail mortgage lender
• Thorough knowledge of real estate documentation, policies, and compliance
• High proficiency with mortgage loan processing and underwriting systems
• Ability to analyze statistical and financial data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Encompass 360, and Doc Magic
