Cloud Security Threat Mitigation Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Threat Mitigation Lead - Cloud Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cloud security threat mitigation efforts and implement strategies to reduce security threats across cloud environments
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that manage risks and enhance cloud security posture
• Provide regular updates on progress toward reducing security risks and ensure visibility into ongoing threat mitigation efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in cloud security or cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native security tools
• Proven experience with vulnerability management in cloud environments and knowledge of security best practices
• Certifications such as CCSP, AWS Certified Security Specialty, or CISSP are preferred
