Coding Quality Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Coding Education and Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coding quality and education teams, ensuring compliance with coding standards
• Develop and provide ongoing education and resources for internal coders and providers
• Track and analyze coding audit outcomes to identify educational needs and mitigate denials

Required Qualifications

• Certifications: CCS, CPCH, RHIT, or RHIA required
• Bachelor's Degree in Allied Health, Education, or Health Information Management
• Minimum of 5 years of coding experience
• At least 1 year of experience in reporting, data analysis, and team leadership
• Working knowledge of billing and EMS systems
