A company is looking for a Collection Specialist II to manage customer accounts and collect outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor assigned accounts to prioritize collections action
- Identify and contact customers to address overdue payments
- Build rapport with customers and resolve escalations through active listening and education
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- 2 years' experience in self-driven consumer collections
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
- Familiarity with laws related to debt collection
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years' experience in a high-volume customer-facing environment preferred
