Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review open accounts receivable and prioritize pharmacy claim activities
• Develop relationships with payers to resolve claim requirements and root causes
• Process payments and resolve complex billing issues while providing exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience with pharmacy claim adjudication or collections accounts receivable
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service call center in the healthcare industry
• 1+ years of intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
