Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President & Assistant Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports the CAO in determining accounting conclusions for material business decisions
• Owns all financial reporting, including SEC and statutory reporting
• Oversees regulatory compliance and ensures effective internal controls are in place

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and CPA required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• A minimum of 12+ years' experience in accounting and leadership roles
• Strong technical accounting experience, particularly with mergers and acquisitions
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
