Job Summary

A company is looking for an EPIC Willow Analyst to support information technology applications in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle
• Analyze and diagnose problems to provide resolutions and document workflow changes
• Manage small projects and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors for application integration and support

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Epic Willow Certification required
• Two years of work experience or four years of experience in a related area while pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of system analysis
• Ability to operate IT equipment and perform tasks requiring prolonged sitting or standing
