Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to provide advanced technical support and system administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve end-user and system-level issues in the U.S. support ticket queue
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex support tickets
- Lead IT infrastructure and application management projects to improve operational efficiency and compliance
Qualifications:
- Experience in system administration within a 500+ Windows and Mac OS endpoint environment
- 5+ years of advanced troubleshooting experience with macOS and Windows
- 5+ years managing the Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams and Outlook
- 3+ years of experience as the sole administrator of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Azure
- Experience with JAMF for macOS device management is highly desirable
