Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a corporate risk management department, insurance carrier, or brokerage operations
- At least 3 years of experience in mentoring or coaching others
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Capability to navigate systems and tools effectively
