A company is looking for an Operations Problem Resolution Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily escalation workflows and prioritize issue resolution
- Communicate complex service resolutions to policyholders, agents, and internal partners
- Track and analyze trends in escalations to recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry preferred
- 3-5 years of operations experience preferred
- Proven ability to promote operational efficiencies
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
