Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Problem Resolution Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily escalation workflows and prioritize issue resolution
• Communicate complex service resolutions to policyholders, agents, and internal partners
• Track and analyze trends in escalations to recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry preferred
• 3-5 years of operations experience preferred
• Proven ability to promote operational efficiencies
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
