Commercial Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Portfolio Manager I (CRE) to evaluate and manage credit risks of complex commercial clients and higher dollar loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite new credit requests and manage ongoing credit risk of existing loan portfolios through continuous credit monitoring
• Analyze financial information and prepare detailed credit analyses, including risk assessments and market trends
• Collaborate with relationship managers throughout the deal process and ensure compliance with credit policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• At least 4 years of experience in commercial credit, public accounting, or financial analysis
• In lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years' higher education and work experience with at least 4 years in relevant fields
• Strong analytical ability
