Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Support Assistant - UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the interface between Sales, Customer Care, and Commercial for NHS stakeholders in assigned accounts
- Manage and host regular review meetings with key NHS stakeholders to support their Insulet journey
- Oversee end-to-end NHS purchasing contracts execution and manage contract administration as required
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- A-Level or equivalent qualification
- Prior industry/commercial experience desired
- Knowledge and experience of the NHS and service delivery is desired
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite, especially MS Excel, MS Outlook & MS Teams
- Experience in Customer Service / Stakeholder Account Management is an advantage
