Communications Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communications Designer to enhance design communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with design leads to develop and design presentations for internal and external audiences
• Create visually compelling materials for internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and reports
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency and accessibility

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design, communication design, or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, visual storytelling, and presentation design
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Slides
• Experience with design systems and accessibility standards is a plus
• Illustration and animation skills are desirable but not required
